1. Scope
These terms apply to proposals, design, supply, installation and services for electrical work, PV, storage, EV charging, energy management and heat recovery unless agreed otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Proposals and site checks
The accepted proposal defines the binding scope. Yield and economics are estimates. The customer supplies correct data, access and documents; roof, structure, grid, approvals and existing conditions require verification.
3. Price and schedule
Prices and payments follow the proposal or invoice. Changes, unforeseen work and authority or grid requirements may add cost and time. Material availability and weather may affect scheduling.
4. Installation and acceptance
The customer provides safe access and discloses known hazards. After installation the system is tested and handed over with agreed instructions and documents. Visible defects must be reported promptly.
5. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Manufacturer warranties follow their own terms. Misuse, third-party changes, missing maintenance or external conditions may exclude liability within legal limits.
6. Mining and forecasts
Mining income, coin prices, network difficulty and hardware life are not guaranteed. Voltalps designs technical integration and does not provide financial, tax or investment advice.
7. Applicable law
Italian law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection. The final agreed contract terms prevail over this information translation.
