Direct answer

Almost all electrical power consumed by a miner becomes heat. This heat can be recovered technically; mining revenue remains variable and is assessed separately.

Usually not. Primary heat requires reliability, redundancy and additional checks; recovery is better treated as a controlled supplement.

Does it run only in sunshine?+

Control can consider surplus, battery, tariff and heat demand. The permitted operating states are defined for each project.
