Frequently asked questions

How many kWh do I need?+

That depends mainly on daily surplus and demand outside solar hours. PV nameplate power alone is not enough for proper sizing.

Will the house run in a blackout?+

Only if storage, switching and selected circuits are designed for it. A battery alone does not automatically provide backup.

Can storage be retrofitted?+

Often yes. We check the inverter, metering, space, protection, approvals and the economics of the retrofit.
