Volt Alps
Terms and conditions
The following terms apply to offers, supplies, installation, planning and integration services performed by Volt Alps unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Scope
These terms apply to private and commercial clients for project-based services in electrical engineering, photovoltaics, storage, control systems and technical heat use.
2. Offers and conclusion of contract
Offers are non-binding unless explicitly marked as binding. A contract is concluded through written confirmation, order approval or the actual start of performance.
3. Scope of services
The scope defined in the quotation or contract is decisive. Changes, additional work or site-related deviations may result in extra costs and schedule changes.
4. Prices and payment terms
Unless stated otherwise, all prices are in euro and exclusive of applicable taxes or statutory charges. Invoices are due within the agreed period without deduction. Advance payments may be requested for materials or project milestones.
5. Client cooperation
The client must provide all information, access, approvals and conditions necessary for planning and execution in good time. Delays or additional expenses caused by missing cooperation are borne by the client.
6. Deadlines and delivery dates
Delivery and execution dates are binding only if explicitly confirmed in writing. Delays caused by force majeure, supply shortages, weather, authority requirements or site conditions extend deadlines appropriately.
7. Acceptance
Where acceptance is agreed or customary, the service is deemed accepted once it is completed, has no material defects or the system has been put into use.
8. Retention of title
Delivered goods and components remain the property of Volt Alps until full payment has been received, insofar as legally permitted.
9. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Obvious defects should be reported promptly in writing. Manufacturer warranties remain unaffected.
10. Liability
Volt Alps has unlimited liability in cases of intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is limited – insofar as permitted by law – to typical and foreseeable damage.
11. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law. The privacy policy of this website also applies.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules. For business clients, Merano/Meran or the legally permissible seat of Volt Alps may be agreed as the place of jurisdiction where allowed.
